Job Description
The Technical Advisor – Polio will lead technical implementation of polio-related programs, ensuring alignment with global standards and national priorities. The role focuses on program design, technical oversight, and coordination of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of polio program activities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight of project delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners
- Supervise field staff and consultants
- Develop work plans and monitor program progress
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements
- Support reporting and presentation of program results
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in health or related field
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in public health programs
- Experience in polio eradication or infectious disease control
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience in large-scale program implementation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
