Job Description
The Procurement Intern supports day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities, gaining exposure to sourcing, documentation, and inventory processes. The role is structured to provide practical experience while supporting compliance with internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Support supplier sourcing and quotation analysis
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Assist in inventory tracking and asset management
- Coordinate deliveries and supplier communications
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures
- Support audit preparation and reporting processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Recent graduate or student in procurement, logistics, or related field
- Basic understanding of procurement processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and time management skills
