Procurement Intern

Job Description

The Procurement Intern supports day-to-day procurement and supply chain activities, gaining exposure to sourcing, documentation, and inventory processes. The role is structured to provide practical experience while supporting compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Support supplier sourcing and quotation analysis
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation
  • Assist in inventory tracking and asset management
  • Coordinate deliveries and supplier communications
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures
  • Support audit preparation and reporting processes

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recent graduate or student in procurement, logistics, or related field
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good communication and time management skills
