Job Description

The Senior Presenter serves as the lead on-air personality and content strategist, playing a pivotal role in the ministry’s media outreach. This position is responsible for driving the creative, editorial, and spiritual direction of flagship programs aimed at inspiring and educating a diverse audience. As a senior figure in the broadcasting team, the presenter ensures that all content aligns with the ministry’s values while maintaining high professional standards of radio or television production to maximize audience engagement and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Host flagship on-air programs, delivering content that is spiritually enriching and professionally produced
• Develop and implement creative content strategies to enhance program reach and listener engagement
• Research, script, and produce compelling segments on spiritual, social, and educational topics
• Provide editorial oversight to ensure all broadcast material aligns with the ministry’s core values
• Interview guests and lead panel discussions with a focus on informative and inspiring dialogue
• Collaborate with the production and digital teams to promote content across multiple platforms
• Mentor junior presenters and provide feedback on on-air performance and content delivery
• Monitor audience feedback and market trends to continuously improve programming quality

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in professional broadcasting (Radio or TV)
• Strong spiritual standing and alignment with the values of Christ Is the Answer Ministries
• Exceptional verbal communication and storytelling abilities
• Proven experience in content strategy and editorial leadership
• Proficiency in modern broadcasting software and digital media tools
• Ability to handle live broadcasts with poise and professional judgment
