Job Description
The Senior Adviser Health will provide strategic leadership in integrated primary health care delivery, supporting program design, policy development, and system strengthening. The role focuses on advancing community health systems, partnerships, and global health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program design and implementation at scale
- Support workforce development and capacity building
- Drive advocacy and strategic partnerships
- Strengthen health systems and policy frameworks
- Promote quality improvement initiatives
- Support evidence generation and data-driven decision making
- Provide leadership in program management and coordination
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in public health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree with additional experience may be considered
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in public health or related areas
- Experience in community health systems and policy development
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in global or international health environments
