Job Description
The IP Services Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within emerging technologies and customer segments. This role involves developing high-level growth strategies, leading program execution for major accounts, and serving as a primary interface to ensure client satisfaction. The manager will design tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic alignment and Nokia’s market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and create new business opportunities across emerging markets and customer segments.
- Develop and execute growth strategies leveraging technology market trends.
- Engage with clients to understand business drivers and tailor Nokia’s IP solutions accordingly.
- Prepare comprehensive investment proposals and innovative business models.
- Lead local program execution and serve as the key interface for major accounts.
- Design and implement tools to support sales efforts and improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate with executive leadership to influence decisions and drive alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales or business development in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of customer business models and industry trends.
- Proven ability to close new business opportunities and prepare investment proposals.
- Nice to have: Technical expertise in telecommunications, consultative selling experience, or a Master’s degree.
