Network Operations Engineer at Solvo Global

Job Description~

• Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of network infrastructure
• Continuous monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and technical support
• Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business-critical operations

Skills Required~

Technical / Hard Skills~

• TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs, QoS
• Experience with network equipment such as Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba/HP, Meraki
• Firewalls~ Cisco ASA, Fortinet, WatchGuard
• Monitoring tools~ SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, Cosmos
• Packet analysis using Wireshark and tcpdump
• Knowledge of VPN, SD-WAN, load balancers, wired (ethernet & fiber) and wireless networking
• Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality technology (preferred)
