Job Description
The Business Systems Analyst will support deployment and optimization of enterprise systems across the organization. The role focuses on gathering requirements, system configuration, and ensuring effective system integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements
- Support implementation and configuration of enterprise systems
- Manage system administration and improvements
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
- Support system testing and updates
- Maintain documentation of systems and processes
- Improve data integration and interoperability
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in enterprise systems
- Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
