Job Description

This position leads the regional campus, overseeing operations, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement. The Director ensures alignment with institutional goals while managing daily operations and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for campus operations and administration
• Implement strategic plans and institutional policies
• Manage budgets, resources, and internal controls
• Build partnerships with stakeholders and external organizations
• Monitor performance and ensure service quality
• Promote ethical practices and corporate culture
• Report on technical, financial, and operational performance
• Support resource mobilization initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience with senior leadership exposure
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in relevant disciplines
• Professional membership and pedagogy qualification
• TVETA registration
• Leadership training certification
• Strong management and strategic leadership skills
