Director, Admissions, Assessment and Certification
Job Description
The Director oversees the full lifecycle of student admissions, assessments, and certification processes. The role ensures integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all academic records and evaluation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement admission and examination policies
- Oversee student application, selection, and placement processes
- Manage academic records and certification systems
- Coordinate examination scheduling and security measures
- Analyze admission trends and inform recruitment strategies
- Handle academic disputes and integrity issues
- Oversee graduation processes and certification issuance
- Manage special needs inclusion within academic systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in academic administration
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in relevant fields
- Professional membership and certification where applicable
- Pedagogy qualification and TVETA registration
- Leadership training certification
- Strong administrative and policy implementation skills
