Job Description
The Director, Corporate Services provides overall leadership for administrative, financial, and support functions across the institution. The role is responsible for aligning corporate services with strategic priorities while ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finance, HR, ICT, and communication functions
- Develop and implement corporate policies and procedures
- Coordinate budgeting, planning, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage resource allocation and utilization
- Promote institutional image and communication strategies
- Oversee staff welfare and capacity building initiatives
- Coordinate reporting and responses to oversight bodies
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at senior level
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR, or related field
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Leadership training certification
- Membership in a professional body where applicable
- Strong leadership and administrative capabilities
