Job Description

The Asylum Program Coordinator will manage asylum case operations, ensuring efficient workflows and stakeholder coordination. The role supports case management, communication, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage asylum case workflows and coordination
  • Liaise with clinicians, legal partners, and stakeholders
  • Handle high-volume communication and correspondence
  • Maintain program data and reporting systems
  • Support volunteer onboarding and coordination
  • Manage partnerships with institutions
  • Support hiring and supervision of interns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
