Job Description

Trade Sales Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Manage and supervise key accounts within the assigned region.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective market coverage strategies.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and engagement.
  • Understand customer needs, anticipate opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales-related issues professionally and promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in home appliances or FMCG.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel and work in different regions across the country.
