Trade Sales Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Manage and supervise key accounts within the assigned region.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective market coverage strategies.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular visits and engagement.
- Understand customer needs, anticipate opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and sales-related issues professionally and promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in home appliances or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and work in different regions across the country.
