Overview

Inchcape Kenya, the official distributor for prestigious brands including JLR, BMW, BMW Motorrad, Changan, and New Holland, is inviting top-tier graduates to join its two-year Graduate In Training (GIT) program within the Sales function. This structured program is designed to build a foundation for a high-impact career in the automotive industry. Participants will gain hands-on experience and exposure to world-class mobility brands, with a clear path toward transitioning into a permanent Sales Executive role upon successful completion of the training.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Learning: Engage in the day-to-day operations of the sales department, learning the lifecycle of premium vehicle sales.
• Brand Representation: Learn to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with the standards of global luxury and agricultural brands.
• Product Mastery: Develop deep technical and commercial knowledge of the JLR, BMW, and Changan portfolios.
• Market Engagement: Support the sales team in prospecting, lead management, and customer relationship building.
• Professional Development: Participate in structured learning sessions to build analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in any Business field, Sales, or Marketing.
• Academic Standard: Must have graduated in 2024 or 2025.
• Age: 25 years and below.
• Communication: Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry and vehicle maintenance.
