The Telesales Representative owns the end-to-end sales process, converting inbound and outbound leads into completed device financing sales. This role requires a blend of closing instincts and ethical standards to educate customers on device quality, warranties, and installment plans. By maintaining strict CRM discipline and collaborating with logistics and credit teams, the Representative ensures a smooth processing experience that balances high conversion rates with quality credit-ready submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full telesales cycle from lead contact and qualification to closing and objection handling
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets consistently
  • Utilize structured sales scripts while adapting to individual customer needs and buying signals
  • Educate customers on financing requirements, device grades, pricing, and installment options
  • Capture and update customer data in the CRM in real-time according to set SLAs
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and deal progression
  • Flag risks or quality issues to the credit and logistics teams to ensure successful deliveries
  • Track personal performance data to identify patterns in lead quality and drop-off rates

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service roles
  • Experience in the mobile device or technology sector is considered a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in closing strategies and sales negotiation techniques
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management and conversion tracking
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
