Job Description

The Telesales Personnel is tasked with driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calling and strategic customer engagement. This role focuses on identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into successful sales outcomes. By effectively communicating product benefits and handling objections with professionalism, the successful candidate will build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the achievement of monthly organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities through persuasive communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and handle objections professionally to secure sales closures
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all customer interactions and sales results within the CRM
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize account value
  • Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with the wider sales department to refine scripts and improve outreach strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in telesales, call center environments, or customer service
  • Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience using CRM systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
