Job Description

The Shop Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers at Glovinos Grill & Chill. This role focuses on maintaining a welcoming storefront environment through proactive customer assistance and organized product displays. By ensuring that the shop is well-stocked and clean, the attendant plays a vital role in the daily operations and overall customer experience of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases
• Restock and organize products on shelves and displays to maintain a tidy appearance
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the storefront and customer service areas
• Process customer transactions accurately and provide helpful product information
• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the management
• Adhere to health and safety standards in the handling of food and beverage products

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions
