Senior Product Manager, Cash Management

Overview

The Senior Product Manager for Cash Management is responsible for the end-to-end monitoring, control, and enhancement of Cash Management products. This role ensures that all procedures and tools achieve optimal efficiency and cost containment for corporate clients. You will drive product innovation based on technology advancements and competitive forces, while maintaining strict adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions-related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monitoring and control of Cash Management products in liaison with BDMs and Relationship Managers.
• Implement and cascade appropriate procedures across user units to ensure operational efficiency.
• Review and continuously improve existing products and envisaged customer propositions.
• Formulate effective product documentation, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and policies.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify improvement areas and achieve compliance criteria.
• Manage the adoption of AML and Sanctions requirements within the product suite.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on e-Channel and e-Commerce performance data.
• Resolve complex issues related to cash management products with the support team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• At least 10 years of work experience in Banking.
• Mandatory: 5 years of specialized experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management solutions.
• Vast experience in product development, implementation, and support.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high commercial awareness.
