Job Description

Laboratory & Allied Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive & Operations specialist to drive commercial growth and manage operational efficiencies within the pharmaceutical sector. The purpose of this role is to expand the company’s market presence, with a particular strategic focus on international export sales. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate will operate within the core domain of pharmaceutical distribution, ensuring that high-quality healthcare solutions reach a diverse global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic sales plans to expand the company’s footprint in international pharmaceutical markets.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations and coordinate with the logistics team for export documentation.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking within the healthcare industry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing international distributors and healthcare partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for product positioning.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be a Science Graduate, Pharmacy Technician, or Pharmacist.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Specific experience within the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in export sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
