Sales Associate
Overview
Morsan HR Consulting is seeking a driven Sales Associate to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth for their client in the FMCG sector. This role focuses on B2B sales within the hospitality and convenience retail markets. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and cold calling to final deal closure and client onboarding. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with field-based work and building sustainable business relationships in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B customers in the hospitality and convenience retail sectors through field visits.
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, and market referrals.
- Present product value propositions and pricing structures to prospective business clients.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements in strict accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless activation and onboarding of new clients.
- Provide regular market intelligence on competitor pricing and emerging customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within FMCG distribution.
- Proven track record in B2B customer acquisition and closing complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Added Advantage: Prior exposure to the hospitality or convenience retail sectors.
