Role Overview

This role is crafted for a revenue-focused hospitality professional with a passion for excellence. As Reservation Manager, you will lead the reservations function, maximize room revenue, and ensure every guest interaction reflects Accor’s commitment to creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Inventory Management

  • Maximize room revenue through effective yield, rate, and inventory management
  • Maintain accurate rates, packages, and availability across all systems
  • Ensure rate integrity and parity across all distribution channels

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team in line with brand standards
  • Work closely with Revenue Management on forecasting and pricing strategies
  • Coordinate group room blocks and allotments with Sales and Events teams

Systems, Partners & Guest Experience

  • Manage CRS/PMS systems and distribution channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and OTAs
  • Oversee guest communication, upselling, and conversion of inquiries
  • Resolve escalated reservation-related guest issues promptly

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations, preferably luxury or resort
  • Strong knowledge of CRS, PMS, and channel management systems
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
