Job Overview
The Boarding Assistants will reside on site and support the welfare, safety, discipline, and daily routines of boarding students in a Christian school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise meals, hygiene, uniforms, and general appearance of boarders.
- Support co-curricular, recreational, and evening/weekend activities.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing of students within school premises.
- Monitor health needs, medication administration, and follow-ups for sick students.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and supportive boarding environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Guidance & Counselling, Housekeeping, Laundry, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in a school boarding environment.
- Must be a practicing Christian.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
