Job Description

The Research & Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and assessing high-quality professional profiles based on specific client research briefs. Utilizing LinkedIn and various online research tools, the specialist will source candidates across different industries and seniorities. This role requires a strategic mindset to interpret profile criteria and translate them into effective search strategies. The specialist will document their sourcing rationale and findings, ensuring a clear and structured delivery of relevant professional data for the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret research requests focusing on industry, seniority, and functional expertise.
• Identify target companies and job titles to guide structured LinkedIn searches.
• Source professional profiles and assess their relevance based on specific role scope.
• Document the search approach, including the rationale for keywords and companies identified.
• Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced filters to optimize research results.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure sourced data aligns with client expectations.
• Maintain high attention to detail in profile evaluation and data documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment research, or lead generation.
• Degree or Diploma in HR, Business, Research, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter/filters for profile identification.
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and online research methodologies.
• Excellent written English communication skills for documenting research rationale.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment.
