Job Description

Noblestride Capital is looking for a Manager – Corporate Valuations & Advisory to lead its valuation practice and provide high-level financial insights to a diverse clientele. The role’s strategic value lies in delivering precise business valuations and financial modeling that support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions across various sectors. Reporting to the senior partners, the manager will be the lead authority on valuation methodologies, ensuring that all deliverables are technically sound, market-aligned, and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the corporate valuation practice by managing the delivery of complex valuation reports for diverse sectors.
  • Construct and review sophisticated financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their advisory needs and present valuation findings to boards and executive teams.
  • Oversee market research and industry analysis to ensure valuation assumptions are grounded in current economic realities.
  • Provide strategic advisory services related to capital raising, transaction structuring, and corporate restructuring.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts to enhance the team’s technical capabilities and output quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or specialized valuation advisory.
  • Advanced expertise in financial modeling and deep knowledge of valuation standards (e.g., IVS).
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and presentation skills.
