Field Sales Representative
Overview
Africa Management Solutions Limited (AMSOL) is looking for a proactive Field Sales Representative focused on student recruitment. This role involves identifying prospective students, building institutional partnerships, and driving enrollment for various academic programs. You will be responsible for managing a geographic territory, conducting school visits, and providing expert guidance to students on their career pathways and admission requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective students through school visits, education fairs, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using calls and face-to-face interactions.
- Guide students through the application and enrollment process, addressing objections professionally.
- Develop referral partnerships with school administrators, career teachers, and healthcare institutions.
- Represent the organization at community events and career days to promote the brand.
- Plan and execute weekly field visit schedules to effectively grow assigned geographic territories.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently to meet set targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Added Advantage: Proven experience in student recruitment or professional sales/marketing.
