Business Development Associate (BDA)
Overview
Pezesha is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive topline revenue growth for its Patascore solutions. These include alternative credit scoring, decisioning engines, and Loan Management as a Service (LMS). This role is a hybrid of sales execution, digital marketing, and market research. You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to high-level decision-makers to post-launch tracking, ensuring sustainable growth through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation and partner acquisition for credit scoring and underwriting solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Risk Officers and Product Heads.
- Upsell and optimize existing accounts to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform pricing and product development.
- Support product demos and represent Patascore at major industry events and forums.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to deliver tailored partner solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Business Development or Partnerships within Fintech or Financial Services.
- Skills: Strong data-driven pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of credit systems and financial ecosystem partnerships.
