Job Description
The Associate Director, Technical will lead technical oversight and implementation of health programs, ensuring alignment with donor requirements and national priorities. The role focuses on strategic leadership, program management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and program oversight
- Ensure alignment with government and donor requirements
- Manage project implementation and performance
- Support development of work plans and reports
- Lead capacity building and team development
- Coordinate with stakeholders and partners
- Monitor program quality and compliance
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in health or related field
- Medical degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in technical program management
- Experience in public health and donor-funded programs
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
