AI Solutions Manager

Job Description

The AI Solutions Manager is a strategic technical role responsible for bridging the gap between client machine learning (ML) objectives and operational delivery. This position leads the design of applied solutions for complex datasets, including Computer Vision (CV), NLP, and Autonomous Driving (ADAS/AV) workflows. The Manager oversees the entire program lifecycle—from discovery and workflow design to performance analytics and root-cause insights—ensuring that data annotation projects meet rigorous accuracy and throughput SLAs while driving innovation through AI-assisted automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to translate client dataset requirements into structured annotation workflows and quality frameworks
  • Oversee daily execution of high-complexity workflows (2D/3D CV, LiDAR, NLP) to meet strict timeline and accuracy SLAs
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and reports tracking Inter-Annotator Agreement (IAA), productivity, and latency
  • Lead root-cause analyses on data anomalies and collaborate with QA teams to implement system improvements
  • Recommend process optimizations using automation tools like pre-labeling and AI-assisted annotation
  • Provide technical inputs for commercial proposals, pricing, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Partner with Delivery Leads on staff onboarding, training calibrations, and production readiness
  • Maintain detailed documentation of taxonomies and guidelines to ensure cross-team alignment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, technical solutioning, or program delivery
  • Expert understanding of annotation workflows for LiDAR/RADAR, AV/ADAS, and NLP datasets
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Labelbox, SuperAnnotate, Scale AI, or CVAT
  • Advanced analytical skills with mastery in Excel and familiarity with SQL/Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to lead KPI-driven environments
