Job Description
The 3PL Management Officer (Reverse Courier) oversees the reverse logistics flow, ensuring that after-sale orders and returns are collected and processed efficiently. This role focuses on monitoring Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to reduce lead times and ensure on-time parcel arrivals at the Sorting Center. The officer is responsible for system processing of returns within 24 hours and coordinating with after-sales teams to resolve any abnormal orders. Strong management of courier behavior and performance is key to maintaining customer trust during the return process.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track 3PL courier performance, progress, and customer approach.
- Reduce lead times through daily follow-up of all dispatched reverse orders.
- Ensure the timely collection and return of after-sale parcels for warehouse processing.
- Perform system processing and scanning of reverse orders within a 24-hour window.
- Prepare processed return orders for handover to the After-sales department.
- Resolve “abnormal” or problematic orders within 48 hours in coordination with couriers.
- Monitor the journey of after-sales items from collection points to the main warehouse.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in any related field.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, including delivery routes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage 3PL providers and set performance expectations.
- Added Advantage: Direct experience in logistics or reverse courier management.
