Job Description

The WTP Laboratory Director will oversee laboratory operations within the water treatment plant, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on managing laboratory functions, personnel, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory operations including testing and reporting
• Implement and maintain quality assurance programs
• Supervise and train laboratory personnel
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols
• Oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Review and validate laboratory data and reports
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports for audits
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory inspections

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant qualifications in laboratory management or technical field
• Strong experience managing laboratory operations
• Knowledge of QA programs and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with applicable standards such as CNIC frameworks
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High school diploma with advanced technical certification
