Job Description

The Solar Engineer is responsible for the technical design and end-to-end execution of high-quality solar power projects. This role requires technical expertise in electrical systems combined with strong project management skills. The engineer conducts site assessments, oversees installations, and ensures that all projects comply with safety regulations and electrical codes. Beyond technical execution, the role involves building strong client relationships and preparing techno-commercial proposals to support the company’s solar energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solar power projects according to safety and technical standards.
• Manage end-to-end project installations and ensure smooth operational execution.
• Conduct structural analysis and site assessments for potential installation areas.
• Configure and connect solar panels to electrical systems in compliance with codes.
• Perform system testing, performance evaluation, and commissioning of solar units.
• Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing solar power systems.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals and engage with stakeholders to fulfill project requirements.
• Monitor solar system performance and provide regular analysis reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in solar installation and project implementation.
• Strong knowledge of site surveys, project development, and solar monitoring.
• Articulate and professional presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
