Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery

1. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
2. Create and document High-Level and Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documentation.
3. Manage Control Room architecture including multi-environment and HA/DR configurations.
4. Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
5. Implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI/ML integrations where required.
6. Apply secure coding standards and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
7. Troubleshoot and optimize bot performance and resource utilization.

Platform Administration

8. Manage users, roles, and access within the Automation Anywhere Control Room.
9. Monitor bot health, logs, and performance dashboards.
10. Oversee bot scheduling, version control, and deployment pipelines.
11. Handle incident resolution, SLA management, and compliance documentation.
12. Coordinate platform upgrades and security controls with IT and cybersecurity teams.

Operational & Strategic Support

13. Assess automation opportunities and conduct feasibility analysis.
14. Lead governance meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
15. Track automation KPIs, ROI, and business impact metrics.
16. Support citizen developer initiatives and cross-functional automation programs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.
• Proven experience in both RPA development and platform administration.
• Deep understanding of Control Room architecture and enterprise RPA environments.
• Experience integrating RPA with enterprise applications and databases.
• Knowledge of IDP, AI/ML, and intelligent automation concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
