Job Description

The Risk Analyst supports the Risk Manager in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational and strategic risks across the organization. This role is central to enhancing the corporate risk culture by conducting awareness training, supporting business continuity testing, and performing third-party risk assessments. Working within the Risk & Compliance Department, the analyst collaborates with functional heads to implement robust risk management tools and ensure that control gaps are addressed effectively to maintain regulatory and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) for Shared Services processes including HR, Finance, and IT
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate potential breaches to management promptly
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly risk reports and dashboards for Management and Board Committees
• Investigate operational loss events and near misses to determine root causes and track corrective actions
• Coordinate the development and testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies
• Administer the Policy Hub for Shared Services to ensure timely reviews and consistent governance standards
• Lead the Third-Party Risk Management framework by conducting risk reviews for critical vendors and suppliers
• Support the assessment of technology risks including system availability, data integrity, and cyber hygiene

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications in Risk Management
• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise, operational, or technology risk within financial services or insurance
• Working knowledge of ICT controls, Cyber Risk concepts, and Business Continuity practices
• Proficiency in using GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate risk data into strategic insights
