Job Description

This role focuses on delivering expert customs advisory services while managing client relationships and driving business growth. The Customs Manager leads engagements, provides regulatory insights, and supports clients in navigating complex trade and tax environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on customs and trade compliance
• Build and manage client relationships across engagements
• Lead business development initiatives in customs services
• Supervise and mentor junior tax professionals
• Prepare technical reports and client deliverables
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Conduct research on customs regulations and industry trends
• Coordinate with client teams to assess tax risks and solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Postgraduate or professional qualification in customs or taxation is an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in tax or customs advisory
• Strong knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and research tools
• Strong analytical and client management skills
