Role Overview
Reporting to the Campus Director, the Operations Assistant will coordinate facility management, asset tracking, utilities monitoring, and security oversight. The role supports daily operations that enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of the University’s campuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campus facilities and monitor service providers such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
- Ensure proper use of offices, classrooms, and common areas for optimal space utilization.
- Supervise utilities and consumables to minimize waste and control costs.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance standards.
- Support asset management through accurate inventory and maintenance tracking.
- Conduct regular inspections and assist in emergency-response preparedness.
- Monitor student conduct, dress code, and campus security standards.
- Coordinate events, hospitality, and operational logistics within the campus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Security Studies, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities or operations management.
- Excellent report-writing, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
