Job Description

The Learning & Development (L&D) Training Lead at BURN is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the organization’s talent development landscape. The primary purpose of this role is to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning programs that enhance employee skills and organizational performance. Reporting to the HR leadership, the lead will ensure that training initiatives align with BURN’s rapid growth and innovation in the clean energy sector. This position is vital for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional excellence across the company’s diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational-wide training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
• Design and develop customized training modules, workshops, and e-learning content for various departments.
• Lead the delivery of internal training sessions and coordinate with external facilitators where necessary.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback and performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments.
• Manage the L&D budget and oversee the selection and implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Partner with department heads to create career progression paths and succession planning frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Learning and Development or Training leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern training methodologies.
• Experience in managing large-scale training projects in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in L&D technology, including LMS platforms and content creation tools.
