HR Systems and Data Specialist
Overview
This role leads the HR digital transformation roadmap by administering and optimizing the bank’s HR technology stack. The specialist bridges the gap between HR and IT, implementing intelligent automation and providing data-driven workforce insights to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure HRIS, LMS, and performance management platforms.
- Implement AI and RPA solutions such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and automated recruitment tools.
- Lead HR tech initiatives including new module deployments, system testing, and upgrades.
- Manage API integrations, SSO, and ensure high system uptime and platform reliability.
- Utilize Power BI and SQL to deliver advanced workforce analytics and reporting.
- Document system SOPs and provide change management training to employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR digital transformation or systems management.
- Strong proficiency in platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Zoho People.
- Knowledge of automation tools like Power Automate or UiPath.
