Job Description

The Digital Sales Strategist is responsible for converting online leads into sales by engaging customers through alternative digital channels. The role focuses on promoting retail life and pension products, meeting revenue budgets, and managing a growing digital sales portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless digital customer experience, transitioning leads from initial online interest to successful policy purchase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert online leads into sales through professional telesales and digital engagement.
  • Promote Jubilee retail life and pension products to potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve set revenue budgets and individual sales targets.
  • Manage the digital sales portfolio to reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Develop actionable plans and strategies to improve online conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the digital customer journey.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Mandatory: Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (ECOP or COP).
  • Mandatory: A valid 2026 IRA License.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, telesales, or call center support.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing online sales leads.
