Job Description

Tatu City Limited is seeking a highly organized Construction Project Planner/ Scheduler to join its infrastructure and real estate development team. The primary purpose of this role is to craft, oversee, and manage comprehensive project schedules and budgets for various residential and mixed-use construction projects. This position provides critical strategic value by ensuring that development timelines are met, resources are optimized, and financial constraints are adhered to, thereby facilitating the seamless growth of the Tatu City special economic zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules and master plans using industry-standard software to track construction progress.
• Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring all construction activities align with financial projections and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to align site activities with the master development timeline.
• Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, proposing proactive scheduling adjustments to mitigate delays.
• Prepare regular progress reports for management, highlighting key milestones, resource utilization, and any variances from the plan.
• Conduct site visits to verify that physical progress matches the recorded schedule and technical specifications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, specifically within large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage complex data sets under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
