Job Description

The Digital Business Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights into the performance and growth of the bank’s digital channels. This role focuses on the end-to-end analysis of transaction volumes, customer behavior, and product adoption across mobile banking, internet banking, and cards. By delivering high-quality business intelligence, the Analyst supports the strategic development of digital products and helps the institution optimize its digital footprint to enhance customer experience and operational profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end performance analysis across all digital channels, including transaction volumes and values
• Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital products and services
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data trends to senior management and stakeholders
• Analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for digital product improvement or innovation
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure the bank’s digital offerings remain market-leading
• Support the digital team in tracking the success of marketing campaigns and product launches
• Identify and investigate anomalies in digital transaction data to support risk and fraud monitoring
• Collaborate with the IT and Product teams to ensure data integrity across all digital reporting platforms

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in the banking sector
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, or R) and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI)
• Strong understanding of digital banking products, payment gateways, and fintech trends
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights
