Job Description
The Administrative and Procurement Officer will manage administrative operations and procurement processes to support project implementation. The role ensures efficient coordination, compliance, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks and project support activities
- Manage procurement processes including RFQs and purchase orders
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Track project assets and inventory
- Support budgeting and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration and procurement
- Experience in NGO environments is an advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in office systems and data management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
