Where applicable, information may be made available to employers or recruiters in connection with job applications or recruitment activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

3.2 Job Applications

FindJobsKE may facilitate applications between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee interviews, employment offers or any particular recruitment outcome.

Hiring decisions are made independently by employers and recruiters.

Articles, guides, CV tips, interview advice and other career content published on FindJobsKE are provided for general informational purposes only.

4. Services for Employers and Recruiters

4.1 Job Postings

Employers and recruiters may publish vacancies subject to our platform rules. Job listings must be accurate, lawful and genuinely connected to a legitimate employment or recruitment opportunity.

Job advertisements must comply with applicable Kenyan employment, anti-discrimination and consumer protection laws.

4.2 Candidate Information

Candidate information obtained through FindJobsKE must only be used for legitimate recruitment and hiring purposes.

Employers must not misuse candidate CVs, contact information or profiles for spam, unrelated marketing, resale or other unauthorised purposes.

4.3 Employer Responsibility

Employers are responsible for conducting appropriate interviews, verification, reference checks, background checks and other due diligence before making hiring decisions.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use FindJobsKE to:

• Publish false, fraudulent or misleading job opportunities.
• Request money from applicants in connection with fraudulent recruitment.
• Impersonate another person, company or organisation.
• Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or user accounts.
• Scrape or harvest personal information without permission.
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Post unlawful, defamatory, threatening or discriminatory content.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the platform.

6. Job Listing Accuracy and Recruitment Scams

We aim to maintain a useful and trustworthy recruitment platform, but FindJobsKE cannot independently guarantee every statement made by every employer, recruiter or advertiser.

Job seekers should exercise appropriate care before sharing sensitive information or making decisions based on a vacancy.

FindJobsKE does not encourage job seekers to make improper payments in exchange for guaranteed employment.

Suspicious listings may be reported to us for review.

7. Payments and Paid Services

Certain employer, recruitment or promotional features may require payment.

Prices, package terms and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

This includes losses arising from recruitment decisions, communications with third parties, external websites or reliance on information provided by other users.
