HCS Affiliates Group is hiring an energetic Trade Development Representative (TDR) to drive sales growth and brand visibility for a leading telecommunications client in Kitale West, Kapenguria, and Iten.

Role Overview
The Trade Development Representative will focus on retailer engagement, channel recruitment, and territory management to boost SIM activations, float turnaround, and merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and map new SSOs and T-Kash Agents across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular field visits using approved route plans.
- Train agents on SIM registration, AML, and KYC compliance.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper float management.
- Enforce merchandising and visibility standards at all retail outlets.
- Maintain accurate sales data and agent activity reports.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and distribution (FMCG or telecom).
- Strong negotiation, customer service, and networking skills.
- Analytical thinker with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
