Rajah Merchant is hiring Field Sales Representatives for several locations, including Nairobi, Mount Kenya, Western, Nyanza, and the Rift Valley. As a specialist in high-quality cosmetics under the Jalna brand, the company is looking for energetic professionals to create product demand by visiting pharmacies, medical facilities, and various institutions. Role Overview
You will be responsible for mapping out sales territories to maximize business gain. This involves arranging client appointments, supporting order bookings, and managing customer relationships to ensure optimal satisfaction. You will act as the face of the company, requiring a professional appearance and a deep understanding of the product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans to enter new markets and map each client within assigned territories.
- Visit pharmacies and medical facilities to detail products and secure orders.
- Manage customer relationships on behalf of the company to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a detailed and current client listing to be used for bulk communication and objective-driven visits.
- Represent the brand through smart dressing, eloquent communication, and expert product knowledge.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years in sales and marketing; experience as a medical representative is a major plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to analyze new markets effectively.
- Attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of organizational needs.
