Job Description
The Senior Consultant will lead strategy and business design projects, managing engagements from analysis through delivery. The role involves guiding teams, engaging clients, and delivering high-quality solutions across diverse business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and manage workstreams
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements and strategy sessions
- Conduct analysis, modelling, and business case development
- Develop presentations and client deliverables
- Identify risks and escalate issues affecting project outcomes
- Support business development and proposal writing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and guide junior team members
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- 5–8 years of consulting experience
- Experience in professional services firms is an advantage
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Experience leading project teams
