Job Description

This internship offers hands-on exposure to campaign coordination within a dynamic advocacy environment. The role supports campaign responsiveness by assisting with logistics, research, stakeholder engagement, and coordination across teams working on environmental and social issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating campaign logistics and administrative activities
  • Support preparation of briefings, reports, and communication materials
  • Track emerging issues and contribute to responsive campaign planning
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement and meeting coordination
  • Maintain records, contact databases, and campaign documentation
  • Support budget tracking and reporting processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaign outputs
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluation activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, law, international relations, or related field
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in advocacy or campaign support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with administrative support processes
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments
