Role Summary

SunCulture is looking for a Product Manager (Software) to lead the design, execution, and lifecycle management of innovative software products that integrate seamlessly with its solar irrigation hardware solutions.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute software product strategy and roadmaps.

  • Collaborate across engineering, sales, design, and marketing.

  • Conduct customer and market research for product innovation.

  • Manage end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation to post-launch).

  • Ensure software meets quality, usability, and scalability standards.

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • Proven experience in software product management (hardware integration a plus).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team skills.

  • Analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.

  • Deep understanding of web and/or mobile application architecture.
