Role Overview

Thales seeks a Sales Manager to lead business growth across East Africa, developing key partnerships and driving sales of the IBS product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans and manage bids.
  • Build relationships with high-level government and private clients.
  • Coordinate internal teams for seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecommunications or related field.
  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in African markets.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles.
