Role Overview
Thales seeks a Sales Manager to lead business growth across East Africa, developing key partnerships and driving sales of the IBS product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans and manage bids.
- Build relationships with high-level government and private clients.
- Coordinate internal teams for seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Telecommunications or related field.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in African markets.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles.
