Job Description
The Power Plant Electrician will maintain and repair electrical systems within power plant operations to ensure continuous and safe energy production. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and maintenance of power plant electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed apprenticeship in electrical trades
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in power plant or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- High school diploma and valid passport
- Ability to meet medical requirements
