Role Overview

The Night Manager will oversee all hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and smooth coordination between departments. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle VIP arrivals, guest inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise all departments during the night shift and inspect rooms and public areas.
• Monitor occupancy levels, manage over-bookings, and validate room charges.
• Oversee night audits, reconcile credit transactions, and verify invoices.
• Ensure security of guests and staff by coordinating with the security team.
• Prepare and submit daily control and financial reports to relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Night Manager in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail and strong customer-service orientation.
