Role Overview
The Sales Manager – Corporate will lead corporate and government sales initiatives to drive revenue and expand Fairmont’s market presence. The role involves managing relationships with key clients, developing strategic sales plans, and mentoring a results-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate and group sales for Nairobi-based Fairmont properties.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target markets.
- Manage relationships with corporate and government clients.
- Participate in revenue management and pricing strategy discussions.
- Analyze market trends and implement innovative sales initiatives.
- Oversee team performance and sales training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or resort sales.
- Strong understanding of the Kenyan and international hospitality markets.
- Proven ability to develop and manage key client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
