Role Overview

The Sales Manager – Corporate will lead corporate and government sales initiatives to drive revenue and expand Fairmont’s market presence. The role involves managing relationships with key clients, developing strategic sales plans, and mentoring a results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate and group sales for Nairobi-based Fairmont properties.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target markets.
  • Manage relationships with corporate and government clients.
  • Participate in revenue management and pricing strategy discussions.
  • Analyze market trends and implement innovative sales initiatives.
  • Oversee team performance and sales training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel or resort sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Kenyan and international hospitality markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage key client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
